We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve players worldwide:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

  • 15-day return window from delivery date for most products
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made darts (e.g., Gerwyn Price or Luke Humphries signature models)
  • Opened flight/stem sets (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Dartboards showing signs of use (Blade 6 models must be completely unmarked)
